How to Add a Billing Invoice #
This guide walks you through the steps to create and manage a billing invoice inside GlideCampaign. You can choose an existing product, assign it to a contact, and then download or send the invoice directly by email
Steps to Add a Billing Invoice #
- Go to the Invoices Section
From the left menu, click on the Payments tab.
Then click on Invoices from the top navigation bar, and click on + Add Invoice. - Add a Product to the Invoice
Click the Add Product button.
Here you can select an existing product to include in the invoice. - Assign the Invoice to a Contact
When the invoice creation window opens:
1. Select the Contact associated with this invoice.
2. Click Add Product again if needed and choose the item(s) to bill.
You’ll also see options to delete or edit items on the invoice.
At the bottom, the Grand Total of the invoice will be shown. - Save the Invoice
Once you’ve reviewed and edited the invoice, click the Save button. - Send or Download the Invoice
After saving, you can either Download the invoice or Send it via Email to your contact.
