You can easily reach out to a specific contact directly from their profile.
Steps: #
- Go to the Contacts from the left menu.
- Click on Contacts at the top and open the contact you want to message.
- On the left side of the contact’s profile, you’ll see buttons to Send SMS, Send Email, or Call.
- Hover over the phone number to reveal the Call option.
Click on the appropriate action to send your message or start the call.
