You can send SMS to either a specific fixed number (static), or automatically send messages to the contact involved in the flow (dynamic). Here’s how both work:
What’s the Difference? #
- Static Number – The SMS always goes to the same number, no matter who triggers the flow.
Example: Send yourself an alert whenever someone submits a form. - Dynamic Number – The SMS goes to the contact’s phone number who triggered the flow.
Example: Send a confirmation SMS to each customer who makes a purchase.
