How to create conference rooms #

1. Open Phone:
   Go to the left-hand menu and click on Phone.
   At the top menu, click Conference Room.
   Then, click on Create Room to start creating your conference room.
2. Fill in the Details:
   After clicking Create Room, a form will appear.
   Fill in all the required details:

• Unused Extension – this will be used to connect the room.
• Name – give your room a name.
• Pin Number – set a PIN for added security.
• Description – you can describe the purpose of the room.

Finally, click Save to finish.
