Here’s how to connect your phone number to a flow: #
- Go to the Flow Builder:
- Open the Flow Builder by navigating to the Automation section from the left-hand menu.
- Create or Open an Existing Flow:
- Create a new flow or open an existing flow where you want to connect your phone number.
- Add the Phone Number Step:
- Inside the flow builder, drag the ‘Phone’ step (e.g., IVR, Call Transfer, etc.) onto the canvas.
- Connect Your Phone Number:
- In the Phone step, you will see an option to connect or set the phone number. You may need to add the phone number directly or select from the available numbers in your account.
- Save and Publish the Flow:
- Once the phone number is connected to the flow, ensure all other settings are configured as desired.
- Click Save to save the flow, then click Publish to make it live.
Now, your phone number is connected to the flow, and calls will be routed according to the flow configuration.
