Save or Load an Email Template

You can save and reuse email templates, but this feature is only available in the HTML editor.

1. Add the “Send Email” Step #

• Drag the “Send Email” flow step onto the canvas.

2. Open the Email Editor #

• In the right sidebar, click “Edit Email” at the bottom.

3. Switch to the Visual Email Builder #

• Click on “Visual Email Builder” to open the HTML editor.

4. Save or Load a Template #

• In the top-right corner of the Visual Email Builder, you’ll see two options:
  
  • Load Saved Template
    
  • Save

Use these options to save your current design or load a previously saved one.
