AI Training Data is the knowledge base for your AI Employee. It contains everything the AI knows and can be continuously updated based on customer interactions.
1. Upload Your Training Data #
To get started, you need to upload the data that will train your AI Employee.
- You can upload 5 different types of AI Training Data.
- Most users upload their website content and help documentation for customers.
2. Provide a Root Domain #
Once you provide a root domain (e.g., google.com) via the website option, the AI Employee will scan every page connected to that domain.
- After processing, click on the green “X number of pages processed” to view all the pages.
3. Deselect Unwanted Pages #
You’ll want to deselect any pages you don’t want to be included in the training.
- Carefully check all URLs, especially for hidden pages meant only for internal use.
- Ensure you’re only providing pages with relevant content.

4. Avoid Blank or Menu Pages #
Pages without real content or menu pages can slow down the AI.
- This will mainly affect voice interactions where you need quick response times.
- It does not affect live chat or text communication.
