Yes you can.

When you create an email address, you have to forward all emails to a really long unique email address.

If you have a domain or hosting.

Go to the hosting and do a mail redirect from “pretty email address” to the unique email address.

If you don’t have a domain or hosting.

just go to their domain company and do a mail redirect from “pretty email address” to the unique email address.

All inbound email will naturally go to whatever email client you use normally, and will also be forwarded to “chats” and appear there too. You can reply from either.
