How to send incoming calls to Flow? #
1. Go to Settings → Phone Section:
Navigate to the Phone section in the left-hand menu, then select Numbers.
2. Select Your Phone Number:
Click on the Phone number you want to send to the flow.
3. Edit Phone Number:
Under Edit Phone Number, look for the option “Send Inbound Phone Calls to”.
4. Choose the Desired Flow:
From the dropdown, select the flow where you want to route incoming calls.
5. Save the Settings:
Once the desired flow is selected, click Save to apply the changes.
