Send a Broadcast message from the inbox

Sending a broadcast message allows you to send an email to multiple recipients directly from the Inbox. Here’s how you can easily do it:

1. Go to chats and click on “Send Message” in the top menu.

2. Add recipients to your email.
   
3. Type your message – the text area will automatically expand as you type.
   
4. To use merge fields, click the + button on the right side of the text area.
