How to transfer inbound phone calls from my number to the extension

1. First, you have to click on the phone tab from the left side, Click on the number from your top address bar and then click the pencil icon.

2. New window is open for you Edit your phone number, Select the option in the dropdown ‘Send inbound phone calls to’ here select your extension, and save your setting your process is complete.
