You can create inboxes to send and receive messages using your connected email or SMS service providers.
Steps to create an inbox: #
- Go to Chats from the left menu.
- Click on Inboxes in the top navigation.
- Click on the + Add Inbox button.
- Choose your provider (Sendgrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Twilio, or Plivo).
You’ll see several options available, but Sendgrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Twilio & Plivo will only work if you’ve already integrated them in Settings > Integrations.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
- Click Submit to save your inbox.
