Set up your appointment durations, availability, and preferences for meetings—all in one place.
1. Choose Meeting Durations #
- Head over to Calendar > Bookers> Create New
- Select Meeting Event Options. By default, you’ll see 15m, 30m, and 60m options.
- You can edit or delete these and create your own custom durations.
- Meeting Length = how long the appointment lasts
2. Configure Settings #
Under “Settings”, customize:
- Buffer Before/After – Add space before/after meetings if needed
- Advanced Notice Period – Control how soon someone can book before the meeting time
- Max Future Booking Time – Limit how far ahead someone can book (e.g., 30 days out)
3. Customize Notifications #
- Tailor your email reminders and follow-ups
- These can also be automated using flows
4. Set Business Hours #
- On the right-hand side, adjust your availability
- Use the + button to create multiple time blocks per day
- Example: Available 9 AM–1 PM, break 1–2 PM, then available again 2–6 PM
