The Contacts or Database page is where you can view and manage all the contacts in your account. Think of it as a central list for your leads, customers, or users.
- Go to the Contacts tab in the left sidebar.
- You’ll see a table view of all your contacts.
- Use filters on the right side to sort by tags, status, custom fields, and more.
- Click on any contact to view detailed information and activity history.
- Tick the checkbox next to a contact’s name to enable Bulk Actions such as: Add Tag, Add to Automation, Delete Contact, Export Contacts
