You can forward emails from your email provider directly to the platform Inbox by using the Inbound Email Forwarding Address. This allows you to keep a copy of your emails in both your regular inbox and the platform inbox.
Steps to set up email forwarding: #
- Head over to Chat and click on inboxes to select your inbox
- Copy the Inbound Email Forwarding Address
- Log into your domain provider (e.g., Namecheap, Google Workspace, etc.) and paste the Inbound Email Forwarding Address provided by the platform.
- Different providers will have different ways of doing this, but this is the screenshot from inside Gmail.
Note: Each domain provider has a different process, so be sure to refer to your provider’s support if needed.
