How to forward your emails to the inbox

You can forward emails from your email provider directly to the platform Inbox by using the Inbound Email Forwarding Address. This allows you to keep a copy of your emails in both your regular inbox and the platform inbox.

Steps to set up email forwarding: #

1. Head over to Chat and click on inboxes to select your inbox
   
   
   
2. Copy the Inbound Email Forwarding Address
3. Log into your domain provider (e.g., Namecheap, Google Workspace, etc.) and paste  the Inbound Email Forwarding Address provided by the platform.
4. Different providers will have different ways of doing this, but this is the screenshot from inside Gmail.

Note: Each domain provider has a different process, so be sure to refer to your provider’s support if needed.
