If someone has purchased a product that includes access to your membership site, you can manually add them and create their login. Follow these steps to make sure they get access.
- Open the contact profile
- Go to Contacts from the left sidebar
- Search for the contact by name, email, or phone number
- Click to open their profile
- Check membership product access
- On the right side, check if they’ve purchased the product that grants access
- If not, manually add the purchase
- Create a user login
- In the bottom-left corner of the contact profile, find User Login status
- Click Create User Login
- Fill out the login form
- Select the correct Membership Site URL
- Set a password for the user
- Share login details
Or tell them to check their inbox for the automated login email
Send them the password directly
Or ask them to use the Forgotten Password page to reset it
