If you no longer need an inbox, you can easily delete it. Follow the steps below to remove an email inbox.
1. Open the Chat Dashboard #
- Navigate to the Chat section on the left-hand menu.
- Click on Inbox in the top navigation bar.
2. Delete the Inbox #
- Find the email inbox you want to delete.
- Click on the Delete icon next to the inbox.
3. Confirm the Deletion

- The Delete button will become active once the inbox name is entered.
