1. Navigate to Your Folder #
- Log into your account and go to the Forms section.
- Open the folder where you want to add the form.
2. Create a New Form #
- Click the ‘+’ icon at the top right corner of the folder.
- Select ‘Form’ from the dropdown menu.
3. Name and Create the Form #
- Enter a name for your new form.
- Click Create — the form will now appear inside your selected folder.
4. Edit the Form #
- Click the ‘Edit’ button next to the form to start customizing it.
