A booker is an individual calendar your clients can book time with—typically under a team member or staff name.
- Go to Calendar > Bookers > Create New
- Enter the person’s name in the Booker Name field.
- Set up availability in Meeting Event Options:
- Choose meeting durations
- Configure business hours and buffer settings
- Choose meeting durations
- Click Save.
- The booker will now appear under the Bookers tab, ready to accept appointments.
