To access the form builder, simply click on “Contact” in the menu located on the left-hand side of the screen. Once you have accessed the contact page, you’ll notice a link labeled “Forms” located at the top of the screen. Kindly click on it to proceed.
Go to the form builder and open the relevant form.
Click the ‘Edit’ button (Pencil Icon) on the form and the system will open it in the form builder.
In the form builder’s edit mode, use the save button to save the form.
Rename the form name #
After you click the save button, a pop-up box will appear on the screen. You can alter the first or last name on the form here.
