Custom follow-up sequences can be easily built using Automation flows.
Steps to Build Custom Follow-Up Sequences: #
- Set the Trigger
- Use the “Meeting Scheduled” trigger in the Automation flow builder.
- Choose the correct Booker.
2. Build Your Flow
- Create your desired follow-up actions by using the flow steps at the left.
3. Example flow:
- Step 1: Send Email (Appointment Confirmation)
- Step 2: Wait Till Specific Date (-1 Day)
- Step 3: Send Email (24hr Reminder)
- Step 4: Wait Until Specific Date (-2 Hours)
- Step 5: Send Email (2hr Reminder)
- Step 6: Send SMS
- Step 7: Wait Until Specific Date (-5 Minutes)
- Step 8: Send Email
- Step 9: Send SMS
