1. Open or Create a Form:
- Go to Forms from the sidebar.
- Select an existing form or create a new one.
2. Access Field Settings:
- Hover over the field you want to control.
- Click the gear icon that appears.
3. Set Conditional Logic:
- In the field settings, click the “Conditional” tab.
- Define the condition based on the input of another field (e.g., show this field if another field equals a specific value).
4. Save Your Changes:
- After setting up your conditions, save the form.
