Assigning Task to a Contact #
In the contacts you need to open a contact to add the pipeline to. You can assign both task and opportunity from here. You can add a single task or multiple tasks to contact.
Setting up the Task #
You can create a new task here or you can just use a pre existing task and assign it to the contact. The first step is to the select the board for either tasks or opportunity, give it a title and assigning different users along with the status such open, closed etc. Further you can select the category such as the emails, calls, follow-ups and meetings. The columns are the different steps to perform the tasks. You can also add the date, contacts, color of the board, the different contacts, opportunity and descriptions.
