Adding all your contacts to an automation flow allows you to reach your entire contact list at once. This is especially helpful for campaigns that need to target all of your customers simultaneously.
Steps to Select All Contacts and Add Them to a Flow #
1. Open the Contact List #
- Navigate to the “contacts” on the left-side menu.
- This will display a list of all your contacts.
2. Select All Contacts #
- Check the checkbox to select all contacts in the list.
- Once selected, a dropdown will appear where you can choose all contacts.
3. Add Contacts to an Automation #
- After selecting all contacts, click the “Add To Automation” button.
4. Select a Flow #
- The system will prompt you to choose the flow you wish to add the contacts to.
5. Confirm and Execute #
- Click the “Ok” button to add all contacts to the selected flow.
