You can automate SMS messages by adding them as steps in your contact flow. Here’s how to create one:
- Create a contact flow
Go to Automation and create a new flow or edit an existing one.
- Add the SMS step
In the flow builder, add the ‘Send SMS’ step.
- Configure the step
- Select the sender number (must be a VoIP number with SMS enabled).
- Choose the recipient option.
- Complete and publish
Connect the SMS step with other steps in your flow, then publish the flow to start using it
