Steps to Change/Set a Trigger #
Triggers are essential for starting your automation flow. They define the event that kicks off the actions within your flow, such as when a customer takes a specific action or when a time condition is met. Setting or changing a trigger is easy and allows you to control when your flow should run.
- Open the Flow
- Navigate to Automations on the left side menu bar and create a new automation to open your flow in the flow editor.
- Add a New Workflow Trigger
- Inside the flow editor, click on the “Add new workflow trigger” button
- Select the Trigger Type
- Click on Workflow Trigger Type and select the trigger you want to use from the available options.
- Confirm the Trigger Selection
- The chosen trigger should now be visible in the trigger selection box.
