Steps to Connect a Sub-Domain with the System #
- Open the Domain Panel:
- Navigate to the domain panel by clicking on “Sites” in the left side menu.
- On this page, you will see a link to “Connected Domains” at the top. Click on that link.
- Navigate to the domain panel by clicking on “Sites” in the left side menu.
- Add the Sub-Domain:
- Once in the “Connected Domains” section, click on the ‘Add Domain’ button to add your sub-domain.
- You will be prompted to enter the sub-domain name (e.g., subdomain.yourdomain.com).
- Once in the “Connected Domains” section, click on the ‘Add Domain’ button to add your sub-domain.
- Select Domain Type:
- Choose Custom Domain and enter your sub-domain name.
- Configure DNS:
- Follow the system prompts to configure the necessary DNS records for your sub-domain.
- The system will provide you with the required DNS records that need to be added to your domain registrar.
- Follow the system prompts to configure the necessary DNS records for your sub-domain.
- Verify and Complete Setup:
- After adding the DNS records, allow time for DNS propagation (this may take 24-48 hours).
- Once the DNS records are updated, the sub-domain will be connected to the System and will be ready for use.
