How to Create a Multi-Page (Wizard) Form #
Step 1: Go to Contacts in the left sidebar, then click on Forms at the top.
Step 2: Click on Create Form, and select Multi-Page Wizard Form.
Step 3: Design Page 1 with the fields you want to collect initially.
Step 4: Click +Page to add a second page to the form.
Step 5: On Page 2, open the Advanced panel and drag the Purchase component into the builder.
Step 6: Click the Purchase Settings to configure your preferred options—such as one-time or recurring payments.
Step 7: Click Save.
Your form is now ready to be embedded on your website using the Website Builder.
