You can automatically create pipeline items by setting up an automation flow. This is useful when you want leads, tasks, or deals to be added to a pipeline without manual input.
1. Create an Automation Flow #
- Go to Automation from the left menu.
- Click Create Automation to start a new automation.
2. Add a Trigger
Choose when this should happen automatically. Common triggers include:
- A form submission
- A tag being added
- A status change in CRM
2. Set Up Fields #
- Add the Create Pipeline Item action.
- Fill in the required fields such as name, who it should be assigned to etc
4. Save the Workflow
