1: Navigate to the Settings section from the left-hand menu.
2: Inside Settings, go to the Integration tab and select Phone from the available options.
3: Toggle the option to Enable Twilio.
4: Enter your Twilio credentials — typically this includes your Account SID, Auth Token, and Twilio phone number.
5: Click Save to apply your changes.
Your Twilio integration is now active and ready to use for phone communication features.
