How to Load an Existing Email Template in a Flow

Loading an existing email template into your automation flow saves time and ensures consistency in your email campaigns. By using the visual email builder, you can easily apply pre-designed templates or your own saved templates to the email steps in your flow.

Steps to Load an Existing Email Template #

1. Add the ‘Email Send’ Step
   

• Under the ‘Messaging’ section, drag and drop the ‘Send Email’ step onto the flow canvas.

2. Configure the Email Step
   

• The system will allow you to configure the email step. Click on the ‘Edit Email’ button to begin editing.

3. Design the Email Template
   

• The system will load the email builder. Now, click on the ‘Visual Email Builder’ button to access the design tools.
  

4. Load the Email Template
   

• Click on the ‘Load Saved Template’ button. The system will allow you to select from available system templates as well as your personal templates.

5. Select Your Saved Template
   

• Under the ‘My Templates’ tab, you will find all your saved templates.

6. Complete the Design and Save
   

• Make any final adjustments to the template, then save everything to complete the process.
