You can send personalized image messages (MMS) using automation flows. Here’s how:
1. Open or Create Your Automation Flow #
- Go to Automation from the left menu.
- Open an existing flow or click Create Automation.
2. Add the MMS Step #
- Drag and drop the Send SMS/MMS step from the Messaging section.
- In the Text Message Content area, add your message.
- Use the attachment option to insert the Personalized Image
3. Save Your Flow #
- Click Save to apply changes to the automation.
