Go to the Phone Number #
In the Phone Settings Select any of the Phone Number and go to the Edit Settings of the Number.

Scroll below in the number settings to find all the customer care keywords, if they want to unsubscribe or ask for help. They can just text back with Unsubscribe to Opt-out of the SMS/MMS from the number or reply Help to get an auto reply but the service charges may apply.
