What is Project Management with Pipelines? #
Project Management with Pipelines is a way to organize and manage work in a project. It helps complete tasks on time and within budget while keeping the workflow efficient.
To properly manage the flow of work, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Pipelines from Sidebar
2. Open Pipelines by clicking the button in the upper right.
3. Create a new Pipeline by clicking the ‘+‘ button; or, choose an existing Pipeline to manage (here for example is Tasks).
4. Organize tasks according to your workflow preference, such as “To Do,” “In Progress,” “Passed On,” etc.
5. You can now start adding tasks in a given lane, organize, and manage them. To add, simply click on the ‘+‘ button and Enter the name of the task; then click SAVE.
6. Monitor the progress of the project by tracking the tasks in each stage of the Pipeline.
7. Adjust the criteria and tasks as needed to ensure the project is completed on time.
