Sending emails to your list can be easily done through AutoFlows. Follow these steps to set it up:
Steps to Send an Email: #
- Create a Flow
- Navigate to Automations and click ‘Create Automation’.
- Add the Send Email Step
- Under the ‘Messaging’ section, drag and drop the ‘Send Email’ step. Configure the step settings.
- Select the List
- In the ‘Who Do You Want To Send This Email To?’ dropdown, choose the ‘List’ option, then select your list from the dropdown.
- Load the Email Builder
- In the Email Info section, scroll to the bottom and click the ‘Edit Email’ button.
- Add Dynamic Fields
- The email builder will open. Click ‘Insert Merge Field’ to add dynamic fields like contact names, or other details from your form. Customize the email template as needed.
- Save the Settings
- Once you’ve designed your email, click ‘Save’. Then, click ‘Save’ again to complete the setup of the ‘Send Email’ step.
- Publish the Flow
- Finally, click ‘Publish’ to activate the flow.
