You can send a one-time email broadcast using the automation flow builder—no trigger needed.
1. Open the Flow Builder #
- Go to the automation flow builder.
2. Skip the Trigger #
- Do not add a trigger to this flow.
3. Add the “Send Email” Step #
- Drag the “Send Email” step onto the canvas.
- Set up the email with your Sender, Subject, and Email Body.
4. Publish the Flow #
- Publish the flow and name it something like “Email Broadcast”.
5. Add Contacts to the Flow #
- Go to the Contacts page.
- Select the contacts you want to send the broadcast to.
- Click “Add to Automation” and choose the flow you just created.
Important Note #
Your email broadcast will be subject to rate limits set by your SMTP provider.
If you’re sending to a large list (e.g. tens of thousands), emails may be sent in batches, not instantly.
