Step 1: Access the AI Chatbot section #
- Log in to the platform using your account credentials.
- Click on “AI Chatbot” in the left menu bar to access the chatbot section.
Step 2: Open your chatbot #
Click on your existing chatbot or click on “Create New” button to start the chatbot creation process.
Step 3: Provide chatbot details #
