Package options #

You can create a package with four options

Plan Change – You can use this option when you want to change the package of existing sub-accounts.

Upsell/Addon – When you select this option to create a package, it means you can Upsell Packages to add additional products/services to existing users. This package can’t be used for new sub-accounts.

Resell – This option is applicable for your sub-accounts. our Sub-Account user will be able to use this package as a base package for reselling.

Active – You always need to activate ONLY THIS option to use a package for sub-account creation.

Base packages #

We have four options as the base package

If you have ‘White label 5X’ subscription, then you can sell the first five sub-account using the ‘Unlimited’ option and the system will not charge you for those five sub-accounts.

If you have ‘White label 20X’ subscription, then you can sell the first twenty sub-account using the ‘Unlimited’ option and the system will not charge you for those five sub-accounts

💡 If you choose ay another option except ‘Unlimited’ as the base package, then the system will charge you.
