Create an AI Employee from Scratch (Custom) #
If you want full control over how your AI Employee behaves, you can start from scratch using the Custom option instead of a template.
1. Define the Goal and Purpose #
- After selecting Custom, you’ll be asked to define:
- Conversation Goals – What you want the AI to achieve (e.g., book calls, qualify leads, provide support).
- Conversation Purpose – A brief description of the AI’s overall role.
- Conversation Goals – What you want the AI to achieve (e.g., book calls, qualify leads, provide support).
- You can:
- Choose from popular preset options.
- Or select Custom and write your own goal descriptions.

2. Name Your AI Employee #
- Give your AI a name and define its role.
- This helps you organize and identify your AIs easily later on.
3. Start from a Blank Canvas #
- After setup, you’ll see a completely blank AI Employee—no pre-filled stages or prompts.
- Begin by:
- Writing your System Prompt (this tells the AI how to behave and what it should know).
- Creating your own Conversation Stages, step by step.
- Adding instructions, messages, and any necessary actions in each stage.
