To automate follow-up actions after a calendar booking, follow these steps:
- Go to Automation > Create a new automation
- Add a new workflow trigger
- Provide a name for your Workflow Trigger and choose “Meeting Scheduled” as the Trigger Type
- Click Logic and drag and drop “Wait For Amount of Time” to create a time gap in your follow-up sequence
- Click Messaging and drag and drop “Send Email”
- Configure your email follow-up sequence as needed
