Stay informed about upcoming meetings by setting up advance notifications and email alerts for changes to your bookings. This ensures you’re never caught off guard by a new, rescheduled, or canceled appointment.
- Go to the Calendar and click on the Bookers tab.
- Select the specific booker you’d like to edit.
- Under the Meeting Events Option section:
- Set the Advance Notice Period to define how early you want to be notified before a meeting.
- Use the dropdown to choose between Days, Hours, or Minutes.
- Scroll to the Email Notice section:
- Enable notifications for Rescheduled, Canceled, Approved, and Declined meetings by toggling them on.
