To add a form to a folder, you can follow these steps:
- Log into your account and navigate to the folder you want to add the form to.
- Click the ‘+’ icon in the top right corner of the folder.
- Select ‘Form’ from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the form name and click ‘Create’.
- The form will now appear in the folder.
- You can now edit the form by clicking on the ‘Edit’ button.
