How to create a forgot password page for a membership site?

How to Set Up a Forgot Password Page #

1. Navigate to Page Manager and choose the page you want to designate for the Forgot Password feature.
   Click the edit icon to make changes to the page.
   
2. Click on the Add Blocks icon (plus sign on the top left of the builder).
   Under Membership Sites, drag the Forgot Password block to your page.
   
3. Publish or Save the page.
   
4. Go to your Login Page and add an element to link to your Forgot Password page.
   In this example, we will use a text element:
   
   • Drag it from the Add Blocks sidebar under the Elements section.
     
   • Double-click the text to edit it.
     
   • Click once to bring up the horizontal formatting bar, then click the Link icon.
     
5. Select Page, then click Choose a page, and select your Forgot Password Page.
   
6. Finally, click on the Add Application icon (jigsaw piece on the top left of the builder).
   Under the Members section, click Add Pages to Application, then enable the Forgot Password option.
   
7. Hit Save.
