Set up the web chat widget

You can deploy your AI Employee directly on your website using the web chat widget. This allows your bot to interact with visitors in real-time, answer questions, qualify leads, or assist customers.

How to Enable the Web Chat Widget #

1. Go to the AI Employee Section

• Click “AI Employees” from the left-hand sidebar.
  

2. Select Your AI Employee
   • Click on the AI Employee you want to activate the chat widget for.
     
3. Open the Web Widget Settings
   
   • In the top navigation, click on “Enabled Channels” and click “Website Widget.”

4. Enable the Widget
   
   • Click “Enable” at the bottom of the page.
     
   • You’ll receive a JavaScript snippet that you can copy and paste into any webpage where you want the chat widget to appear.
     

Once installed, your AI Employee will be live and ready to engage with your website visitors.

5. Edit the Widget

• The widget can also be customized by clicking on the edit button of the web widget code.
